| BY VEHICLE Exploring British Columbia by vehicle is always an exciting and relaxing method of traveling. You are not required to adhere to someone else's schedule or stops; rather you have the opportunity to plan your own. Include those interesting tourist spots you would like to check out, enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch along the way, hunt through that out-of-the-way antique shop or just enjoy the scenery and sightseeing. Also, scope out those great shots for your photo albums. These are just some of the reasons you may wish to drive. We often recommend a loop from/to Vancouver, the Fraser Canyon one way and the Lillooet/Whistler route another. This is a great way to Discover Beautiful British Columbia! To help, we have listed directions to the Big Bar Ranch from whichever route you are travelling. For a more comfortable and safe drive, please be sure to check with Dept. of Highways regarding road conditions when travelling in the winter. Also, don't forget the goodies and car games for the kiddies! |
