BOOKING DEPOSIT
To confirm bookings, 20% of the accommodation package or $200.00 whichever is greater, is due upon reservation. Reservations considered firm only upon receipt of deposit.
If cancelled 60 days before arrival, 50% of deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
If cancelled 30 days before arrival, 25% of deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival there is no refund of deposit.
Visa, MC, debit and cash accepted.
Taxes and gratuities are not included. Gratuity is intentionally left up to the guest and encouraged by the staff performance.
