
| Lars Rytter Bundgaard Lars, who came to the ranch from Denmark in 2009, has a passion for working with wood. He has built more than 360 timber homes in Europe, and now he’s focusing his skills on developing, renovating and maintaining the Big Bar ranch buildings and facilities. Lars has set his roots in B.C. and knows he has found his home. |

| Bill Spoonemore - (Barn Boss) & Paxton Bill was raised in the Cariboo and knows its many histories. Bill is also very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and flora, and will have an answer for just about any question you throw at him. He’s worked with Big Bar for many years. His horse Paxton was caught from the wild herd in Paxton Valley. |

| Brianna Regier, wrangler Brianna's love for horses, cattle and ranch life is a result of growing up on Alberta and B.C. ranches. She recently moved from southern Alberta to the massive OK Ranch, which borders the Big Bar Guest Ranch. Brianna, whose quick wit and sense of humour is ever present, is excited about sharing her passion for the cowboy lifestyle with guests at the Big Bar. |

| Lindsay Chipperfield, wrangler Lindsay comes to Big Bar from B.C.'s Lower Mainland, where she is enrolled in International Studies at Simon Fraser University. Always an animal lover, she has been riding since she was 10, and enjoyed a number of years working with her 4-H projects. She remembers some great family vacations at Big Bar and is delighted to be back. Although she loves to travel, she feels thoroughly at home in the rolling hills of the Cariboo. |
